PARANOÏA is a blend of beer aged in «August 17th» and «Laphroaig Islay» whisky barrels. A 21-month aging in these barrels gives PARANOÏA a complexity of flavors, with peaty and mineral notes reminiscent of the Islay whiskies of Scotland. In collaboration with Wave Distil.
