NovaBirra and Experience Vins have put together their know-hows to create an original beer. While tasting a bottle of Pinot Gris from Chez Maurice Schoech in Alsace we came with the idea to select this barrel for aging one beer. Then we imagined a beer recipe that would highlight these aromas of peach, quince and exotic fruits. With a slight dry hopping, this barrel aged beer will surprise you with its refreshing and elegant taste.
