We scored a Pinot Noir barrel from Maurice Schoech's vineyard in Alsace then whipped up a beer recipe to really bring out those red fruit vibes. Picture this: a funky barrel-aged beer with cherry notes amped up by a splash of acidity. And get this—we tossed in some Pinot Noir marc from Domaine W in Wallonia to dial up the richness and give it a long satisfying finish.
